I started a blog, because I have A LOT TO SHARE! But my face on youtube??? NO.
Maybe along the way I can make a youtube channel showing my message instead of my face.
Why do I want to do this? To help people. Not for the money. Money ??? What’s that??? I’m glad if i can live paying my bills and food etc.
I want to help especially woman (I am 32 yo), young girls on how to be independent without going through the same horrible things before they realise, that they need NOBODY. Because the power is in you. Put away that mask you are wearing everyday. It didn’t help you yesterday, so it won’t help you tomorrow. Waste of time. Just be you. You are beautiful and strong if you stay true to yourself.

You don’t have to be perfect. Mistakes??? We are just people and we will make mistakes all the time. The power lays in LEARNING FROM YOUR MISTAKES.

HOW TO DEAL WITH NEGATIVE SITUATIONS (or if you are not happy with your life right now)
: (Note: if it is very traumatic, go to an professional)
BE AWARE OF THEM, OBSERVE YOURSELF (NO NEED TO POINT WITH YOUR FINGER TO OTHERS OR YOURSELF, YOU WILL FEEL ANGRY,SAD, FRUSTATED, CONFUSED ETC. BUT THEY WILL CONTINUE WITH THERE LIVES. THE ONLY THING YOU ARE DOING IS, MAKING YOURSELF FEEL BAD. AND YOU DON’T WANT THAT, RIGHT?)
TAKE THE TIME TO FEEL ANGRY, SAD ETC. (IF IT HELPS YOU SET A TIMER AND ALLOW YOURSELF TO FEEL THE PAIN. WHEN THE TIMER GOES OFF. YOU NEED TO FIND SOME DISTRACTION WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL BETTER, POWERFULL IS YOU ARE FEELING WEAK AND CRYING. IF YOU FEEL A LOT OF ANGER, GO FOR A WALK, LISTEN TO MUSIC THAT INSPIRES YOU IN A GOOD WAY. FIND OUT WHAT WORKS FOR YOU, MEDITATE, TAKE MINDFULLNESS OR YOGA LESSONS ETC.)
WHEN YOU ARE READY… (GIVE YOURSELF THE TIME, YOU WILL FEEL WHEN YOU ARE READY) DON’T TRUST OTHERS OR ME, TRUST YOURSELF INSTEAD) … BE OBJECTIVE AND BE AWARE OF WHAT HAPPENED AND WHAT YOU CAN DO DIFFERENT THE NEXT TIME. TAKE BABYSTEPS IF NEEDED, ONE STEP AT A TIME, ROME IS NOT BUILD IN ONE DAY EITHER (DON’T BLAME YOURSELF, LEARN FROM THAT EXPERIENCE TO GET STRONGER. JOT IT DOWN ON PAPER AND LET IT GO.
HAVE THE PAPER AROUND YOU ALL THE TIME (LOVE THOSE LITTLE NOTEBOOKS). EVERY TIME SOMETHING COMES UP IN YOUR MIND, A LIGHTBUMB ABOUT THE SITUATION OR YOUR LIFE JOT IT DOWN. When you write it down, your thoughts, feelings etc. They won’t stay stucked in your head. Or start a dairy.
AGAIN: FEEL WHEN YOU ARE READY (NEEDS TIME AND COURAGE, TAKE YOUR TIME) AND READ ONE LINE OR EVERYTHING YOU JOTTED DOWN.
AFTER THIS YOU WILL SEE A PATTERN, (ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DO THIS MORE OFTEN).
THAT’S WHEN YOU CAN BREAK THAT CIRCLE OF PATTERNS.
DO YOU WANT TO FEEL BAD, FORGET ABOUT ALL OF THIS. THAT IS YOUR CHOICE, AND YES YOU ALWAYS HAVE A CHOICE, BUT YOU DON’T REALISE YOU ARE MAKING THEM. BE AWARE OF THE CHOISES YOU MAKE.
DO YOU WANT TO BREAK FREE, BECOME YOUR GREATEST VERSION AND BE HAPPY AND FREE???? NOW YOU MADE THE RIGHT CHOISE. Congrats.
NOW FOCUS ON THE PATTERNS YOU SEE. YOU CAN CHANGE IT, IF YOU ARE AWARE OF THEM.
